मेट्रो रेलवे ( मिर्माण कार्यों का निर्माण) अधिनियम 1978 की धारा 21 ( 1 ) ( फ ) के अन्तर्गत अधिसूचना का० प्रा० 731 ( प्र) - चूंकि केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि कलकत्ता में मेट्रो रेलवे का निर्माण करने के लिए नीचे प्रनुसूची में यथावणित इमारतों में, जो मेट्रो संरक्षण से 10 मीटर से अनधिक दूरी के भीतर है , मीचे अनुसूची में यथावर्णित परिवर्तन करना श्रावश्यक है, अतः घारा 21 ( 1 ) ( क) के अंतर्गत प्राप्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए एलबद्वारा यह निवेश दिया जाता है कि ऐसे मालिक/व्यक्ति जिनके पास नीचे अनुसूची में यथाणित इमारत का नियंत्रण हो, वे इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन महीने के भीतर ऐसी इमारत को गिरा दें श्रथवा उसमें नीचे अनुसूची में दिये गये ब्यौरे के अनुसार परिवर्तन कर दें ।
इस संबंध में ऐमे मालिकों/ व्यक्तियों जिनके पास इमारत का नियंत्रण हो, का ध्यान मेट्रो रेलवे ( निर्माण कार्यों का निर्माण ) अधिनियम, 1978 की धारा 22 की ओर भी आक्कृष्ट किया जाता है । इसके अधीन विये गये निदेश का अनुपालन न होने पर मेट्रो रेलवे ( निर्माण कार्यों का निर्माण ) अधिनियम, 1978 के अंतर्गत वनाये गये नियमों के नियम 16 में विये गये उपबंधों के साथ-साथ अधिनियम की धारा 36 के उपबंध भी लागू होंगे ।
ऐसे मालिकों/व्यक्तियों, जिनके पास इमारत का नियंत्रण हो, के सूचनार्थ यह आगे और अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि मेट्रो रेलवे ( निर्माण -कयौं का निर्माण) अधिनियम , 1978 के अंतर्गत यथाविनिदिष्ट सक्षम प्राधिकारी का कार्यालय सैकिनान मैकेन्जी बिल्डिग, 16 स्ट्रैण्ड रोष्ठ , कलकत्ता-700001 की दूसरी मंजिल में स्थित है ।

S. O. 731(E) :-As the Central Government is of the opinion that for facilitating the construction of Metro Railway at Calcutta, it is necessary to make such alteration to the building as described in the schedule below which is within a distance not exceeding 10 metres from the Metro alignment , therefore , in exercise of the power conferred under section 21 ( 1 ) ( a ) , it is hereby directed that owners / persons having control over such building as described in the schedule below, do demolish or make such alterations as detailed in the sche- dule to such building within three months from date of publication of this notification .
Attention of the owners/persons having control over the building is also drawn to section 22 of the Metro Railway ( Construction of Works) Act 1978 , in this connection , Non-compliance to the direction as made here- under shall invites application of section 36 of the Act along with provisions as contained in Rule 16 of the RULES as framed under the Metro Railway ( Construction of Works ) Act 1978 .
It is further notified for information of the owners/ persons having control over the building , that the Competent Authority as prescri- bed under the Metro Railway ( Construction of Works) Act 1978 has his office located at Second floor of the Mackinnon Mackenzie Buil- ding, 16, Strand Road , Calcutta - 700001 .

S.O. 735 ( E) , As the Central Government is of the opinion that for facilitating the construction of Metro Railway at Calcutta , it is necessary to make such alteration to the building as described in the Schedule below which is within a distance not exceeding 10 metres from the Metro Alignment , therefore , in exercise of the power conferred under section 21 ( 1 ) ( a ) , it is hereby directed that owners/ persons having control over such building as described in the Schedule below, do demolish or make such alterations as detailed in the Sche- dule to such building within three months from date of publication of this notification .
Attention of the owners /persons having control over the building is also drawn to section 22 of the Metro Railway ( Construction of Works ) Act , 1978, in this connection . Non - compliance to the direction as made here - under shall invites application of section 36 of the Act along with provisions as contained in Rule 16 of the RULES as frame. ! under the Metro Railway ( Construction of Works ) Act , 1978 .
It is further notified for information of the owners/ persons having control over the building , that the Competent Authority as prescri- bed under the Metro Railway ( Construction of Works ) Act , 1978 has his office located at Second floor of the Mackinnon Mackenzic Buil- ding, 16, Strand Road , Calcutta-700001 .

का०श्रा० 736 (म). चूंकि केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह गय है कि कलकत्ता में मैट्रो रेलवे का निर्माण करने के लिए नीचे अनुसूची में यथाणिन इमारतों में, जो मैट्रो संरेखण से 10 मीटर से अनधिक दूरी के भीगर है, नोचे अनुसूची में यथाणित परिवर्तन करना आवश्यक है , अतः धारा 21 ( 1 ) (क ) के अंतर्गत प्राप्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए एनवद्वारा यह निदेश दिया जाता है कि ऐमे मालिक/ व्यकिण जिनके पास नांचे अनुनूची में यथाणित इमारत का नियंत्रण हो , वे इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन को नारीख में तीन महीने के भीतर ऐमी इमारत को गिरा दें प्रथत्रा उसमें नीये अनुसूची में दिये गए ग्योरे के भनुमार परिवर्तन कर दें ।
इस सम्बन्ध में ऐसे मालिकों/व्यक्तियों, जिनके पास इमारत का नियंत्रण हो, का ध्यान मैट्रो रेलवे ( निर्माण कार्यों का निर्माण ) अधिनियम , 1978 की धारा 22 की ओर भी श्राकृष्ट किया जाता है । इसके प्रधान दिये गये निवेश का अनुपालन न होने पर मैट्रो रेलवे ( निर्माण-कार्यों का निर्माण ) अधिनियम, 1978 के अंतर्गत बनाये गये नियमों के नियम 16 में दिये गए उपबंधी के साथ-माध अधिनियम की धारा 36 के उपबंध भी लागू होगे ।
ऐसे मालिकों/व्यक्तियों, जिनके पास इमारत का नियंत्रण हो, के सूचनार्थ यह भागे और अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि नैट्रो रेलवे ( निर्माण-कार्यों का निर्माण ) अधिनियम , 1978 के अंतर्गत यथाविनिर्दिष्ट सक्षम प्राधिकारी का कार्यालय मैकिनान मैकेन्जी बिल्डिग , 16 स्ट्रैण्ड रोड , कलकत्ता-700001 की दूसरी मंजिल में स्थित है
