ORDER
New Delhi, the 15th November, 1979
S.O. 741 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/MP/79(2) dated 29 October, 1979 :—
In Col, 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, for the existing entries against item 37 'Returning Officer of 37-Indore Parliamentary Consti- tuency', the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—
"1. Officer on Special Duty, Collectorate, Indore.
2. Deputy Director of Land Records, Indore.
3. Chairman, Town Improvement Trust, Indore.
4. Accounts Officer, Commissioner's Office, Indore."
