NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th November, 1979
S.O, '742(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) and in supersession of the Commission's Notification No. 434/NL/79(l) dated 6th October, 1979, the Election Commission hereby appoints the following Officers of Government of Nagaland to assist the Returning Officer of the Nagaland Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Najjaland in the performance of bis functions :—
