NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, lhc 22nd November, J979

S.O. 745(E).-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (J) of sec- tion 3A of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948), the Central Government hereby mates the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S,O. 2151, dated the 10th July, 1978, namely:—

In the said notification, for serial No, 1 and the entries relating thereto,

the following shall be substituted, namely ;—
