S.O. 747{E)/18A/IDRA/79.—Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. 725(E)/18A/IDRA/72, dated the 25th November, 1972, a Board of Management was authorised to take over the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. India Machinery Company Limited, Howrah, for a period of five years upto and inclusive of 24th November. 1977 ;
1310 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY IPART IT—SEC. 3 (ii) ]And, whereas, the duration of the said order was extended, by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 784 (E)/18A/IDRA/77, dated the 24th November, 1977, for a further period upto and inclusive of 24th November, 1979 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion tha^ it is expedient in the public interest that the duration of the said order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 24th November, 1980 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the order first men- tioned, as modified by the order second mentioned and as extended by the order last mentioned, shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 24th November. 1980.

S.O. 748(E)/18A/IDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 85(E)/18A/IDRA/ 78 dated the lOlh February, 1978, namely :—
In the said Order (1) under the heading "Chairman", for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely :—
"J. Major General Premangshu Choudry";
(2) under the beading "Members" for serial numbers 2, 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries should be substituted, namely :—
"2. Shri R. K. Anand,
Director, Ministry of Industry, Department of Industrial Development.
3, Shri K. Marga Banthu.
4. Shri S. Sundararajan".

S.O. 749".—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O 266(E)/ 18A/IDRA/78 dated 13 April 1978, namely :—
In the said Order under tho heading "Membere" :— (1) For serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall bo substituted namely :—
"4. Shri S. Sundararajan,
Manager (Technical), Industrial Finance Corpn of India,
Chatterjee International Centre, 3rd Floor. 33-A, Chowringhee Road, CaIcutta-700071."
