New Delhi, the 21st November, 1979

S.O. 75()(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Cottiirmsbion hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/DL/79(l), dated 3rd October, 1979, namely :—

In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification, against Item No. 5, the entry "5. Shri M. K. Mishra, Assistant Commissioner, Sales Tax, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi." shall be added; against item No. 6, for the existing entry 3, ihe entry "3. Shri K. C. Jain, District Excise Officer, 2-Battery Lane, Delhi." shall be substituted.
