New Delhi, the 23rd November, 1979
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 755(E)/No, E(C)O, 1977/AM(138).—In exorcise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 118 of 1947), the Ceutral Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Export's (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fiftieth Amendment
Order, 1979.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in Part 'A1, Schedule I, the exist- ing entry appearing against S. No. 21 shall be substituted by the folio win jj :— "2I(i)—Expeller cakes, all varieties (except cotton seeds expeller cakes) 21(ii)—Compound cattle feed and poultry feed"
