ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th November, 1979
S.O. 757(E)/T8A/IDItA/79. Wbereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministrv of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Devclopmt-nt) No. S.O. 727(E)/18A/IDRA/72, dated the 29th November, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Containers and Closures Limited, Calcutta, had been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 28th. November, 1977, and the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, was appointed as "Authorised Controller" ;
And, whereas, by the order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 787(E)/18A/IDRA/77, dated the 28th November, 1977, tbo duration of the said order was extended for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of the 28th November, 1979 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said order should continue to have effect for a further period uf one year;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (21 of section 18-A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 23th November, 1980.
