NOTIFICATION
8.O. 758(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India In the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) S.O. No. 98(E)/IDRA/ 29B/73/1 dated 16-2-1973, namely :—
In the waid notification, for entry 3 of Schedule IV the following entry
•hall be substituted, namely :—
"Milt foods falling under "(2) Milk foods"; Malted foods falling under "(3) Malted Foods" and Roller flour milling with a capacity of over 30 tonnes per day falling under '(4) Flour' under the heading" "27 Food Processing Industries".
