NOTIFICATION
S.O. 759(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), tho Central Government hereby appoints Shii A. G. Lakhani to perform with effect from 27th November, 1979 all or any of the functions of tho Director, Central Food Laboratory, Pune and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) No. S.O. 81, dated the 8th February, 1978, namely:—
In the Table to the said -notification, against serial No. 2, for entry in
column (1) the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
"Shrl A. G. Lakhani".
