NOTIFICATION

Now Delhi, the 27th November, 1979

S.O. 760(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82-B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Lolcesh Chandra Banerjee, retired officer of West Bengal Higher Judicial Service as Claims Commissioner to deal with all the claims arising out of the accident involving 379 Up Katwa-Barharwa Passenger between Sujinipara-Jangipur Road Stations on Howrah Division of Eastern Railway on 23-10-1979.
