G.S.R. 651 (E) .In the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs , Department of Legal Affairs , notification GSR 587 (E) , dated 24-10-1979 , pub- lished in Part II section 3 -sub-section ( i ) of the Extraordinary issue dated 26-10-1979 of the Gazette of India , at page 1272 , in the last line of sub - rule ( 1) of rule 3 of the Advocates ( Right to Take up Law Teaching) Rules , 1979 , for the words ' to engaged' read ' so engaged' .
