S.O. 765 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rale (2) of rule 10 of the Registration and Licensing of Indus- trial Undertakings Rules, 1952, the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 163(E)/RLIU/ 10(2)/76, dated the 3rd March 1976, published in the Gazette of India—Extraordinary—Part II—Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 4th March, 1976, namely:—
