सा० फा० मि० 660 ( श्र० ) / श्रावश्यक वस्तु चीनी केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक वस्तु भधि- नियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , चीनी (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1979 में भौर संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित भादेश करती है , अथर्थात्ः--
1. ( 1 ) इस आवेश का नाम चीनी ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) द्वितीय संशोधन आदेश , 1979 है । ( 2 ) यह 2 दिसम्बर , 1979 से प्रबूत होगा ।

टिप्पण-स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमतों के अन्तर्गत है
( 1 ) उत्पाद- शुल्क, विक्रय कर के बदले में अतिरिक्त उत्पाव - शुल्क और विशेष उत्पाद शुल्क;
( 2 ) कारखाने या गोदामों से वहन करने और क्रेता के विकल्प पर कारखाना द्वार या गोदामों पर क्रेता की गाड़ियों , लारियों या परिवहन के अन्य साधमों पर अथवा रेल स्टेशन या अधिक से अधिक पांच किलोमीटर की दूरी के भीतर स्थित साइडिंग में रेल वैगनों पर लदाई करने के प्रभार हैं तथा साइडिंग या बैगन खिचाई प्रभार ;
( 3 ) ' ए' ट्विल नए बोरे की, जिसमें चीनी पैक की गई है , लागत ; और
(14) निभार-प्रभार सहित सभी अन्य आनुषंगिक प्रभार ।

New Delhi , the 30th November , 1979 .
G. S. R. 660 (E / Ess . Com./Sugar-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following order further to amend the Sugar (Price Control) , Order , 1979 , namely :-
1. (1 ) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Control ) Second Amendment Order, 1979 .
(2) It shall come into force with effect from the 1st December , 1979 .
2. For Schedules I and II annexed to the Sugar ( Price Control ) Order , 1979 , the following Schedules shall respectively be substituted , namely.-
