NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 26th November, 1979
S.O. 772 (E).—In pursuance of the provision of section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951). the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/MT/ 79(1), dated 18th October, 1979, namely :—
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notifica-
tion—
(i) for the existing entry against item '6. Bombay North Central', the entry "Additional Collector (Encroach- ment) and Controller of Slums, Bombay and Bombay Suburban District, Old Custom House, Fort, Bombay", and
(ii) for the existing entry against item '8-Bombay North West' the entry "Additional Collector, Bombay Suburban District, Old Custom House, Fort. Bombay"
shall be substituted.

(i) against item '23-Returning Officer of 23-Nagpur Par- liamentary constituency", for the existing entry num- bered 2, the entry "Special Land Acquisition Officer Pcnch Project No. 1, Nagpur."
(ii) Vainst item '25. Returning Officer of 25-Chimur par- liamentary consthuency', for the existing entry num- bered 4, the entry '"Deputy Collector (Encroach- ment), Rajura at Chandrapur",
(iii) against item '26. Returning Officer of 26-Chandrapur
parliamentary constituency" ;
(a) for the existing entry numbered 1, the entry "Special Land Acquisition Officer (Thermal Power) Chandrapur", and
(b) for the existing entry-"umbered 5, the entry "Deputy
Collector, Land Reforms, Chandrapur",
(,iv) against item '32. Returning Officer of 32-Jnlna par- liamentary constituency', for the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "Special Land Acquisition Officer No. 1, Bced",
(v) against item '36. Returning Officer of 36-Osmanabad (SC) parliamentary constituency*, for the existing entry numbered 4, the entry "Sub-Divisional Officer, Osmanabad Division, Osmanabad" and
(,vi) against item '42. Returning Officer of 42-Pune parlia- mentary constituency', for the existing entry num- bered 3, the entry Officer on Special Duty, Com- missioner's Office, Pune Division, Pune1',
shall be substituted.
