NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th November, 1979 S.O, 775 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 22-of-the- Representation of the People 923 GI/79—1. (1361) 1362 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(1^]

Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/MT/79(2), dated 18 October, 1979, namely :—

In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notifi- cation,—

(i) against item 29, 'Returning Officer of 29-Hingoli Parliamentary Constituency', after the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "7. Deputy District Election Officer, Nanded",

(ii) against item 30, 'Returning Officer of 30-Nanded Parliamentary Constituency', after the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "v. Deputy District Election Officer, Nanded",

(iii) against item 31, 'Returning Officer of 31-Paibham Parliamentary Constituency, after the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "7. Deputy District Election Officer, Parbhani",

(Iv) against item 32, 'Returning Officer of 32-Jalna Parlia- mentary Constituency', after the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "7. Deputy District Election Officer, Aurangabad",

(v) against item 33, 'Returning Officer of 33-Aurangabad Parliamentary Constituency¹, after the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "7. Deputy District Election Officer, Aurangabad",

(vi) against item 34, 'Returning Officer of 34-Bhir Parlia- mentary Constituency' after the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "7. Deputy District Election Officer, Beed",

(vii) against item 35, 'Returning Officer of 35-Latur Parlia- mentary Constituency' after the existing entry , numbered 6, the entry "7. Deputy District Election Officer, Usmanabad", and

(viii) against item 36, 'Returning Officer of 36-Oamanabad (SC) Parliamentary Constituency, after the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "7. Deputy District Election Officer, Usmanabad.

shall be Inserted.
