ORDER

New Delhi, the 3rd December, 1979

S.O. 782(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub- section (1) of Section I8AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 590(E), dated the 9th October, 1978 namely :—

hi the suiJ Order, in the fourth paragraph, under the hcadinc "Members'", for the entry against Serial number 4, following shall be substituted namely :—

"Shri S. C. Bhansali,

Manager, Industrial Finance Corporation of India, Chatterjee International Centre, 33-A, Chowringhee Road, Calcutta-71."
