2 It has been decided to ban with immediate effect the cxpoit of Cotton Seed Expelle-r Cakes (De-corticated and undecorticatcd). Accordingly the entries appearing against S No 41(u) of the Policy Statement on Page 15 and 13(ii) of Annexurc I on Page 27 lespeuivcly ot r xport Policy Book 1979-80 shall stand deleted.
3 The provisions of para 295 of the Hand Book of Import-Export Pro- cedures, 1979-80 will not be applicable to any pre-bao commitment consequent to issue of this Public Notice No pie-ban commitm
