CUSTOMS
G.S.R 786(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause fa) of section 7 of tire Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) and Insurance) No. 75/75 dated the 3rd July, 1975 (12th Asadha, 1897 Saka), namely ;—
In the Table annexed to tht said notification, against Serial No. 2 relating to Jaipur, in column 3, in item (b),—
after sub-item (iv), the following sub-items shall be inserted, namely :
"(v) readymade garments made wholly or mainly from cotton handloom
and powcrloorn fabsics ; and
(vi) woollen carpets other than machine made woollen tufted carpets."
