No. FW/VEP-t&f79.—In exercise of the pewers conferred on them by clause (") sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1363 (38 of 1963), the Central Government appoints Shri K. B. Verma, IAS (OR: 1965) as Chairman, Paradip Port Trust witto effect from the date he takes over as Chairman and until further orders.
