EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
Sub : Export Policy of silver manufactures and pioducts for the year 1979-80.
F, No. 21/1/7J-EI.—Attention is invited to the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 74-ETC(PN)/79 dated 5-11-1979 laying down the export policy of manufactures and products of silver with moie than 10 per cent silver content subject to the conditions given in paragraph 4 of the same Public Notice,
2, On a review of the position, I! has now been decided that applications for export of manufactures and products of silver with more than 10 per cent silver content will be considered by the Regional Licensing Authorities subject to fulfilment of the thiee conditions mentioned in Column 3 of paiagraph 4 of the Public Notice No. 74-£TC(PN)/79 dated 5-11-79.
3. Accordingly the opening sentence i.ppearrng in tho Column 3 against S. No. 77(iii) at page 22 of the Export Policy 1979-80 will be substituted by the following :
