NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 686(E).~ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with sub-clause (iii) of clause (b) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Coiporations Acl, 1964 (37 of 1964), tbe Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. L. N. Rao. Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation), New Delhi, as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act, vice Shri K. Narayanan, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation, New Delhi, and directs that the following further amendment thai be made in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Directors appointed under section 7(lj(bV, for item (4) and the entry relating thereto, the- following item and entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"(4) Shii K. I.. N. Rao, Joint Secretary to tbe Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation), New Delhi.".
