सा. का. नि. 687 (म) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में लेखा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना 964GI/79

सं . 227- सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 30 नवम्बर , 1979 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 की शर्त (9) में ,
(क) खण्ड (घ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा ,
अर्थात:-
" (घ) जोन के भीतर कर्मकारों को प्रशिक्षण देने के लिए प्रयुक्स माल या जो जोन के भीतर किसी विनिर्माता द्वारा जोन के ही भीतर किसी अन्य विनिर्माता को बेचा गया माल , किन्तु यह ऐसी शतों के और ऐसे बंधपत्रों के निष्पादन के अधीन रहते हुए होगा जो सीमाशुल्क कलक्टर यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विहित करे कि इस प्रकार बेचा गया माल भारत के बाहर निर्यात के लिए इलैक्ट्रानिक माल के विनिर्माण या पैक करने के या इलैक्ट्रानिक माल के ऐसे निर्यात को प्रोत्साहन देने के संबंध में उपयोग किया जाएगा । " ;
(ख) खण्ड (ज) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा ,
अर्थात:-
" (ज) माल के वही अतिशेष और अभिनिश्चित अतिशेष के बीच ऐसी कोई फेरफार जो समुचित अधिकारी को समाधानप्रद रूप में स्पष्ट कर दिया गया है । " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th December , 1979
CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 687 (E). In exercise of the powerspowers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 227 - Customs , dated the 30th November , 1979 , namely :-
In paragraph 1 of the said notification , in condition (9 ) , --
(a) for clause ( f) , the following clause shall be substituted , namely :-
"( f) goods used for imparting training to workers within the Zone or goods sold by a manufacturer within the Zone to another manu- भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

facturer inside the Zone subject to such conditions , and the execu- tion of such bonds , as may be prescribed by the Collector of Customs for ensuring that the goods so sold will be used in connection with the manufacture or packaging of electronic goods for exports out of India or with the promotion of such exports of electronic goods . " ;
(b) for clause (h) , the following clause shall be substituted , namely :-
"(h) any variations between the book balance and ascertained balance of the goods as is explained to the satisfaction of the proper officer.".
