S.O. 791(E).—In exercise of the powers confeired by sub-seclion (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that \ho following further amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/GI/79(2), dated 3 October, 1979, namely :—
In Column 2 of the Table appended to 'the said notification,—
against item 14 Returning Oftker of 14-Bttnasknrithn parliamentary constituency', for the existing en'.'i-y numbered 3, ihe entiy "Pisiiict Planning Officer, Banaskan ha D strict, Palanpur," shall be substi- tuted.
