5. निम्नलिखित मदों के मामले में आयात केवल भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगम (एम०टी ० सी० ) द्वारा उस के नाम में मरकार द्वारा रिहा की गई विदेशी मुद्रा के आधार पर खुले सामान्य लाइसेंस के अधीन किया आएगा। प्रायात , वितरण और मूल्य निर्धारण राज्य व्यापार निगम द्वारा भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य तथा नागरिक आपूति मंत्रालय की संबद्ध नीति के अनुसार किया जाएगा: ---
(1) नारियल का तेल,
(2) खोपरा ,
(' 3) मूंगफली का तेल / बीज ,
( 4) खजूर तेल ( सभी प्रकार का किन्त पामल झोलीन को छोड़कर ) / खजूर के बीज ,
(15) तोरी के बीज का तेल / बीज ,
(6 ) कसुम का तेल / कसुम के बीज
( 7) सोयाबीन का तेल / बीज , और
( 8) सूर्यमुखी का तेल / बीज । "

Subject :-Import Policy for April 1979 - March 1980 .
F. No. IPC/ 3/ 46/ 79.-Attention is invited to the Import Policy for April 1979-March 1980 published under the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 25 - ITC( PN ) /79 dated the 3rd May , 1979 , as amended.
2. The following amendments shall be made at the appropriate places indicated against each :

The existing description shallbe amendeu to read as under:--- "Measuring rules and tapes- metallic non- metallic and steel" .

5. In the case of the following items , import will be made only by the State Trading Corporation of India (STC) , under Open General Licence , on the basis of foreign ex- change relased by the Government in its favour . Imports distribution and their pricing will be made by the STC as per connected policy of the Government , in the Ministry of Commerce and Civil Supplies:-
(1) Coconut oil ,
(2) Copra ,
(3) Groundnut oil/ seeds ,
(4) Palm oil ( all types including palm olein) /Palm seeds ,
(5) Rapesed oil / seeds ,
(6) Safflower oil/ Safflower seeds ,
(7) Soyaben oil/ seeds , and
(8) Sunflower oil/seeds . "
