The existing para 210 may bo substituted by the following:—
Chapter 21 TRANSITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS Para 210
"The provisions made in paragiaphs 207, 208 and 209 above will not apply to casts in which the relevant export contracts were entcrd into prior to 1-4-1978 and registered in accoi dance with appropriate procedures. In othi-r words, the exports mado against legistered contracts will be governed by the provisions of para 7 cf Appendix 20 of Import Policy, April,
1979—March, 1980."

"Additional licences Issued to Export Houses in 1978-79 shall also bo valid for import of items appearing in Appendices 5 and 7 of Import Policy, 1979-80, even trough such items were not eligible for import as per Import Policy, 1978-79." 3 94
The date "31-12-1979" at the end of this para shall be amended
to read as "29-2-1980."
