NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th December, 1979

S.O. 796(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the Regional Joint Labour Commissioner, Government of Kerala, ErnakuJam, as a member of the Cochin Dock Labour Board vice the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Government of Kerala, Ernakulam, and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 150(B), dated the 4th March, 1978, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Members representing the Central Government", against item 3, for the entry "The Deputy Labour Commissioner, Government of Kerala, Ernakulam", the entry "The Regional Joint Labour Commissioner, Government of Kerala, Ernakulam", shall be substituted.
