NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th December, 1979
S.O. 503 (E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. V. Nagaraja, Scientlst-C, to perform all or any of the functions of Ihe Director of the Central Food Laboratory, Mysore, vice Lt. Col. O. P. Kapur, for the period from the Uth December, 1979, to (ho 30th December, 1979 (Both dates inclusive), and makes the following further amendment in the notification ot the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health), No, S.O. 81, dated the 8th February, 1978, namely:—
In the Table to the said notification, in S. No. 1, for the eutry in column
(1), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
"Shri K. V. Nagaraja".
