ORDER

New Delhi, the 14th December, 1979

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 804(E)/No. E(C)O 1977/AM(140).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Import* and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fifty-second Amend-

ment Order, 1979.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in Part 'B' Schedule I, the

following item may be added after S. No. 4(b)7 :—
