ORDER
New Delhi, the 15th December, 1979
S.O. 809(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 32 of the Smith, Stanistreet and Company Limited 'Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977 (41 of 1977), and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Central Government hereby makes the following Order,
namely :—

Computation of period under section 17 of the Act.— The period of thirty days within which every person having a claim against the Company shall prefer such claim before the Commissioner under section 17 of the Act shall be com- puted from the date of commencement of this Order.
(a) "Act" means the Smith, StanistreM and Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977 (41 of 1977) ;
