NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th December, 1979
S.O. S4"(E)/No. 434/OR/79(l).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the followins amendments shall be made in it" notification No. 434/OR/79(l), dated 3UL October, 1979, namely:—
(i) In the Table appended to tlit said notification in item 9, for the existing entries in column 2, "7. Emergency Officer, Bhubaneswar", and "13, Special Certificate Officer, Bhubaneswar", the entries "7. Nizarat Officer1, Bhubaneswar" and "13. Officer inchargc Criminal Court, Bhubaneswar", respectively, shall be sub- stituted ;
(ii) in item 12, for the existing entries in column 2, "16. Project Director, Tribal Development Agency, Gunupm" and "18. Rehabilitation Officer, Upper Kolab Project, Koraput", the entries "16. Project Administrator I.T.D.A., Gunupur" and "18, Land Acquisition and Resettlement Officer, Upper Kolab Project, Koraput", respectively, shall be substituted.
