NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th December, 1979
S.O. 852(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amtnd the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely :—
1. (1) These ru'es may be called the Authentication (Orders and other
Instruments) Fifth Amendment Rules, 1979.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958 under the heading "MINISTRY OF DEFENCE", for the existing entries at S. No. 2 the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"2. Naval Project Director General"
