सा० का ० नि० 705 ( प्र ):-केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वार, प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 91 - सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 1 मई, 1978 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात:--

CUSTOMS
GSR 705 ( E ) . In exercise of the powrs conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 91 - Customs , dated the 1st day , May , 1978 , namely:-
In paragraph 2 of the said notification , for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of December , 1979 " , the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1980 " shall be substituted .

सा० का० नि ० 706 (श्र) - कभ्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिदिष्ट भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना में, उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिविष्ट रीति से और संशोधन किया जायेगा ।
