44" × 26 " सिला, 27 पोण्ड प्रति थैला, 6 × 8 , 3 -नीले , सूत्रे सिले तथा अन्य मामलों में वर्तमान भारतीय मानक संस्थान विनिर्देशन ( संख्या आई ० एस ० : 2566--1965 श्रश्वतन संशोधित) आकार वाले बी० ट्वीट्स थैले ।
349.31 का० श्रा ० 870 ( ८ ). पटसन ( अनुज्ञापन एवं नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1961 के खण्ड 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मैं , ए०के ० मुखर्जी, पटसन आयुक्त , एतद्वारा अधिकतम वहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के रूप में इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न प्रथम अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित मूल्य निश्चिन करता हूं जिस पर उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तनुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित पटसन वस्त्रों के किस्मों का क्रय अथवा विक्रय अनवरी, 1950 महीने के दौरान किया जायेगा ।
2. 33 ″ × 26 " साम्य वजन सिला किनारा 44 " × 26 " मिला, 21 पोण्ड प्रति थैला, 6 × 8 , 3-नीले सबै मिले तथा अन्य मामलों में वर्तमान भा०मा ० सं ० विनिदशन (संख्या आई ० एस ०: 2566-1965 प्रथतन संशोधित ) आकार वाले वोल्न थैले ।
443.54 बभर्ने कि जूट यस्त्रो की उक्त किस्मों के संबंध में ऐमा निश्चित मूल्य उक्न द्वितीय अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित निम्नतम महन शक्ति के संबंध में अधिसूचना में संलग्न दूसरी अनुसूची के अनुकूल स्तम्भ ( 2) अथया ( ३) या दोनों में उल्लिखित सीमा तक कम हो जाय ।
3. 131" 28 " साम्य वजन मिला किनारा 56 ″ × 28 " मिला, 2 पांण्ड प्रनि थैना , 7X 9 अथया 8X8 मावे गृखे मिले तथा अन्य मामलों में वर्तमान भा०मा ०स ० विनिर्देशन ( संख्या: 3981--1967 श्रद्यतन संशोधित) आकार वाले डी० डब्ल्यू० मैदा के थैले ।
2. इस विमृचना के अधीन निश्चित किया गया मल्य उत्पाद शुल्क एवं बिक्री कर छोड़ कर होगा या क्रेया द्वारा अमन पर वहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के अतिरिक्त अश्रा किया जायेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Calcutta , the 27th December , 1979
S.O. 870( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the jute ( Licensing and Control ) Order , 1961 , I, A. K. Mukherjce, Jute Commissioner hereby fix the prices mentioned in column (3 ) of the First Schedule appended to this notification as the maximum ex -factory price at which the varieties of jute textile mentioned in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said Schedule , shallbe purchased or sold during the month of January , 1980 .
Provided that the prices so fixed in respect of the said vari- ties of jute textiles shall be reduced to the extent specified in column (2 ) or column ( 3 ) or both of the Second Schedule appended to this Notification in respect of the Minimum break- ing strength specified in the corresponding entries in column ( 1 ) of the said Second Schedule .
2. The prices fixed under this notification shall be exlu- sive of the duty of excise and the sales tax which shall be paid in addition to the cx - factory price by the purchaser at actuals .
