F. N) 5 (12)/79-E-II.—Attention is invited to the Exports (Contiol) Amendment Order No. E (C)O, 1977/AM (142) dated the 28th December, 1979, on the above subject.
2. It his b^en decided to allow the export of Rods and Bars made out of imported bilbts under OGL-3, under Duty Exemption Scheme against advance licence only to the extent of f.o.b. valu? indicated in the licence.
