EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 875(E)/No- E(C)0,1977/AM (142).—In exorcise of thopowes conferred by Section 3 oftho Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amerid the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fifty-fourth Amendment
Order, 1979.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3, the following item shall be
added after S. No. 83:

Export of bars and rods made out of billets imported under Duty Exemption Scheme against advance licence to the extent of f.o.b. value indicat- ed in the licence.
