NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th December, 1979
S.O, 876(E).—In exercise of the powero conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that Ihe following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/BR/79/(l) dated the 24th October. 1979, namely :—
In the Table appended to the said notification—
1. ngainst item No. 11, Returning Officer of 11-Sitamarhi Parliamentary Constituency, in column 2, for the existing entry at S. No. 15, the entry '15-Deputy Magistrate Incharge District Land Reforms, Sita- marhi' shall be substituted ;
2. Egninsi item No. 12. Reluming Officer of 12-Sheohar Parliamentary Constituency, in column 2, for the existing entry at S. No. 16, th" entry 416-Deputy Magistrate Incharge District Land Reforms, Sitanmrin", shall be substituted ;
3. against item No. 34, Returning Officer of 34-Nalanda ParKameninry Constituency, in column 2, for the existing entry at S. No. 9, the entry '9-Exeeutivc Magistrate next to rank to the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Hiha' shall be substituted ; and
4. ufiainst item No. 53. Returning Officer of 53-Lohardaga (ST) Parlia- mentary Constituency in column 2, for the existing entry at S. No. 3, the entry '3-Project Officer, Messo, Latehar' shall bo substituted.
