NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 1979
S.O. 877(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), tho Central Government hereby appoints Dr. (Smt.) S. M. Vachha to perform with effect from 30th December. 1979. all or any of the functions of the Director, Central Food Laboratory, Pune and makes the following fuither amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) No. S.O. 81 dated the 8Lh February, 1978, namely ;—
In the Table to the said notification, against Serial No. 2, for the en'iry in column (1), the following cnlry shall be substituted, namely :—
"Dr. (Smt.) S. M. Vachha".
