ORDER New Delhi, the 31st December, 1979

SO. 879(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following older further to amend the Imported Cement Control Ordei, 1978, namely :—

1. (i) This Order may be called the Imported Cement Contiol (Fifth Amend-

ment) Order, 1979.

(ii) It shall come into force with effect from 1st Innuary, 1980.

2, In clause 6 of the Imported Cement Control Order, 1978, for the figure

"450.35" the flfiure "454.13" shall bo substituted.
