4. THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii}]numbered 10 the entries "11. General Assistant to Collector, Jmmjhunu" and "12. Project Director, D.D.A., Jhunjhunu" shall be inserted ;
(ii) against item 7 'Reurning Officer of 7-Dausa Parlia- mentary Constituency', for the existing entry num- bered 6, the entry "Officer on Special Duty (Seed Project Gr.-2), Secretariat, Jaipur" shall be substitu- ted ;
(iii) against item 12 'Returning Officer of 12-Ajmer Par- liamentary Constituency', after the existing eniry numbered 10 the entry "11, Sub-Divisional Magis- trate, Kokri" shall be inserted ;
(iv) against item 13 'Reurning Officer of 13-Tonk (SC) Parliamentary Constituency,—
(a) the existing entry number 3 shall be omitted and the subsequent entries 4 to II shall be renumbe- red as 3 to 10, and
fb) for the entry so renumbered as 10, the entry "Project Officer, S.F.D.A., Tonk" shall be substi- tuted ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 1979
S.O. 2(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (I) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made In Its notification No. 434/RJ/79(2) dated the 18th December, 1979, namely :—
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification.—
ti) against item 4 'Returning Officer of 4-Ihunjhunu Parliamentary Constituency', after the existing entry (v) against item 16 'Returning Officer of 16-Banawara Parliamentary Constituency', for the existing entries number 5 and 10, the entries : "5. Deputy Com- missioner, Excise, Udaipur" and "10. Assistant Com- missioner, Devasthan, Udaipur" shall, respectively, be substituted ;
(vi) against item 18 'Returning Officer of 18-Udaipur Par- liamentary Constituency, for the existing entry num- bered 5, the entry "Deputy Commissioner (Admini- stration), Excise Department, Udaipur" shall be sub- stituted.
