New Delhi, the 30th December, 1919
8.O. 4(E).—In esercibe of the powcis conferred by aub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Elec- tion Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/WB/79U), dated 6th October, 1979, namely ;~
fn column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification,-—-
ia) aguinst item 8, Returning Officer of 8-Jangipur Parliamentary Consti- tuency, for the existing entry "Additional District Magistrate" the entry, "Additional District Magistrates" ;
(c) against item 10, Returning Officer of 10-f-sjiiamporc Parliamentary Constituency, for the existing entry "Additt -ial District Magistrate" the entry "Additional District Magistrates";
shall be substituted.
