S.O. 5(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (t) of section 22 of the Representation of the Peoplo Act. 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commiwion hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/RJ/79C2), dated the 18th Decero- ber, 1979, namely :—
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notifica-
tion,—
(i) against item 4 'Returning Officer of 4-Jhunjhunu Par. liamentary Constituency' for the existing entry num- bered 9, the entry "Secretary, Rajasthan Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishad* Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Jaipur" shall be substituted;
(H) against item 6 'Returning Officer of 6-Jaipur Parlia- mentary Constituency' after the existing entry num- bered 10, the entry "11-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jaipur" shall be inserted;
(111) against item 7 'Returning Officer of 7-Dauaa parlia- mentary Constituency' after the existing Item num- bered 9, the entries "10-District Sunply Officer, Jaipur", "ll-Assiitant Collector and Executive Magis- trate II. Jaipur", "12-Assistant Collector and Exe- cutive Magistrate, Shahpura" and "13-Deputy Secre- tary, Revenue Ceiling-2, Jaipur" shall be inserted;
(iv) against item 10 'Returning Officer of 10-Bayana Par- liamentary Constituency' after the entry numbered 9, the entry "10-Assistant Commissioner, Famine Relief Department" shall be inserted; and
(v) against item 14 'Returning Officer of 14-Kota Parlia- mentary Constituency' for the existing entry num- bered 3, the entry "Additional District Magistrate, CAD, Kota" shall be substituted.
