NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th January, 1980

S.O. 7(E).—In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of Ihe Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that nhe following further amendment shall be made in a, notification No. 434/RJ/79(2), dated the 18th December, 1979, namely:—

In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, against item 7-Returning Officer of 7-DHUsa Parliamentary Constituency, after the existing entry numbered 13 tho entry "14-Officer on Special Duty, Urban Improvement Trust, Jaipur" shall be inserted.
