G.S.R, 3(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (11 of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No, G.S.R 710(E), dated the 26th December,1979, namely :
