CUSTOMS
S.O. 8(E).~ln exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the lollowiog further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No, 75/75-Customs, dated the 3rd July, 1975, namely :—
In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 4, in column 3, for the existing entries (iv), (v), (vii), (\x) and (xix), the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :—
"(iv) Telecommunications equipments, their accessories and spare parts"; "(v) Electronic goods, their accessories and spare parts";
"(vii) Wrist Watches, their accessories and spare parts"; "(ix) Aeronautical equipments, their accessories and spare part*";
"'(xix) Popcorn Machines and Cotton Candy Machines, their accessories
and spare parts".
