EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O, 16(E)/No. E(C)O. 1977/AM<143).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Impels find Fxports (Control.) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Cential Government hereby makci the following Order further to ameod lhe Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) First Amendment

Order, 1980.

2. in the Exports (Control) Order, 1977 :*—

(i) In OGL-4, (he following entry appearing in col. 2 against S. No. 23(1)

shall bo deleted :—

"Pig Iron."fii) In Part A" Schedule I, the following item shall be added after S. No. 41(xv) :— "(xvl)—Pig Iron". [Issued from file No. 5(9)/79-EI]] C.
