I (Cen) dated the 18th June, 1979 and 28th September, 1979, the Governmenl of India have decided that the Expert Committe* appoint- ed to study the impact of lax concessions on the techniques of production w.ed -in industry and to make recommendation? for reform in order to en- courage fhe adoption of labour intensive method? and enlarge employment opportunities, will now nwlte its recommendations to tht Government of India by 31st Jamwry, 1980.
