NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January, 1980
S.O. 48(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of seclion 29B of the Industrie;, (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to Ihe notification of the Government of Tndia in the late Ministry of Industrial Development iDepaitment of Industrial Development) No. S-O. 98(E)/IDRA/ 29B/73/1, dated ihe Iftih February, 1973, regarding exemptions to certain classes of industrial undertakings, namely :—
In the said notification, alter item 12) relating to ancilluries, the following proviso shall be added, namely :—
"Provided further that no undertaking referred to in item (1) or (2) above shal be a subsidiary of or owned or controlled by any other under- taking."
