No. 25-Pres./80.—The President is pleased to cancel the President's Secreta- riat Notification No. 65-Pres/77 dated the 8th August, 1977 by which the Civilian Awflids "Birarat Ratna', 'Padma Vibhushan', 'Padma Bhushim' and 'Padma Shri' were cancelled and to direct thut the said Awards shall be rc-instituicd with immediate effect.
2. The President is alvo pleased to direct that tire said Notification shall not be deemed to have affected in nny manner whatsoever the Awards mentioned therein which were granted before the issue of that Notification.
