authorities, bodies and associations as arc considered necessary by it to be consulted, hereby, on Ihe basis of the basic minimum price of sugarcane at Rs. 12.50 per quintal linked to a recovery of 8.5 per cent or below with a premium ol* 14.7059 paiscper quintal for every 0.1 percent increase in recovery above 8.5 per- cent, fixes, with immediate effect, the price specified in column (3) of the Schedule hereto annexed as the minimum price and shall be payable by the owners of the vacuum pan process sugar factory specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said schedule or their agents for sugarcane delivered at the gate of the factory or at any purchasing centre for the sugar year 1979-80 until the 30th September, 1980, subject to the rebates payable therefor wndsr clause 3 A of the said Order.
